Terms of ServiceThe artist works on her free time and may take a while with commissions. They work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the characters you provide. The artist is happy to match a scene or pose that you have in mind, but please allow and expect some variation.Please convey if you have a deadline and if you would like the WIP to be confidential. If no deadline is given the time for your commission to be completed can be up to 3 months or more depending on many factors such as; Health, order of commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues.Customer may apply a Rush Fee which is 15% of the commission price.
Feel free to ask for any updates or check the google document that will be linked.Emergency YCH or any emergency commission will be done at a faster rate due to the emergency situation.The artist reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

If requested through VGen, Ko-fi, or Fivver payment will be done through the site. Other payment options are: CashApp, Venmo, Paypal, Stream Element Tips, etc.The artist's personal information will be seen through payment by commissioning them you agree to not share their information.This artist will never share your personal informationIf a payment plan is need the artist is happy to work with youAll payments will be upfront unless other wise discussed.Any discount the artist does will only be applied to commission done through them personally. Does not work on any Ko-fi, Fivver, or VGen commission_________________________
Commission progress will be conveyed three times: one after initial sketch, another after line art, and again after base coloring is done. The artist will notify via email or private messaging.
_________________________The artist allows 3 free revisions (unless stated otherwise) until the final output of the commissioned artwork is ready to be delivered.
_________________________There are additional fees should the client want to have some changes made to the final artwork(s) after receiving them.
However, if it’s sizing issues with your emotes or change in file type, the artist can edit them free of charge until the 3rd revision within seven (7) days.
_________________________As a client, you agree to purchase the artist’s labor only. The artist retains all rights to any commissioned artwork as their intellectual property and reserves the right to use them to promote themselves or their brand.
_________________________Please credit the artist’s Twitter at @skyglubs or their Twitch at /skyglubs when you’re posting the commissioned artwork online.
_________________________All artworks are for personal use only. Using the commissioned artwork(s) for ANY commercial purposes will require additional licensing fees, which can be discussed with the artist via email or private messaging.
For the streaming related commissions and PNGTuber artwork categories, the fee is already added to the listed price.
_________________________Refunds
A refund can only be issued when:The client finds the completed artwork highly unsatisfactory.The client has paid in full and has requested for a refund before the commission is started.The artist cannot fulfill the commission due to conflicts in schedule.The client will be refunded:30% of the total commission price if the artwork has significant progress, or if the commission is already ready for delivery.70% of the total commission price if the artwork is still only in its draft or sketch stage.90% of the total commission price if the client wishes to cancel their commission after paying partially or in full and the artist has not yet started the commission.100% of the total commission price only if the artist has not started the commission and cannot make progress due to conflicts in their schedule.I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
_________________________IMPORTANT! Please contact the artist before filing for a refund.
The files for the commissioned artwork will be deleted after the refund. If the client decides to request for a commission again, they will have to submit another form and pay the full commission price.
_________________________Agreement
By reading this document and submitting a commission request form, you agree to all terms, processes, and that you're above 18 years of age and have enough funds to purchase the artist’s services. With this, you also agree to contacting the artist first for refunds and corrections on your commissioned artwork(s) should there be any._________________________Prohibited Actions
-Altering the artist's artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.
-Use the artist's artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.
-Claiming the artwork as your own.
-THE ARTIST'S WORK CANNOT BE USED FOR AI GENERATORS OR NFTs.
